The main sewing room is a cheerful place with juice packs absolutely everywhere. Even the shutters are made out of them (the warm climate means that good ventilation is crucial and glass windows aren't needed). The man working at the machine to the back left of the picture is the one male employed in production - when his wife became too ill to work it was agreed that he could take over her position in the cooperative.
