Rice Sack Messenger BagThis large, fashionable and very practical bag has an adjustable shoulder strap - keep short for a neat 'shoulder bag' look, or wear long and across the body for a slouchy casual look. Closes securely with a zip and fold-over flap with velcro fastener. It is fully lined with an inside pocket, a small outer pocket on each side and a useful pocket and pen holder on the outer part of the bag under the flap. About our Recycled Rice Sack Bags: Rice is an absolute staple food in the Philippines (the average Filipino eats nearly 2.5 kg of rice a week) and the colorful sacks that it is transported and purchased in are discarded in large quantities across the country. The tough, plasticised threads are strong and waterproof with bright and often rather quirky designs, but are not biodegradable. Approx. 14in/36cm wide, 12in/31cm high, 4in/10cm deep, strap adjustable from 32in/80cm to 55in/140cm (please note, these measurements are only approximate and can vary somewhat depending on the size of the juice packs and the technique of each of our sewers) |
